    this is amazing video but due to my lymphyedema, knee lifts were hard, but I did them, but thighs stayed on chair.

    Never tried this one, but i use to stretch the latissimus (the wings), then you gotta have the elbow at the level of the breast, and puch the elbow outwards against a wall or something.
    Kinda hard to explain
