    @megalodonNL You should buy external USB optical drives in this case. Or you can install the game via CD/DVD image.

    @gadgetjm
    Thanks for the reply. Yes, I understand how to do it with the help of another system, but I think I’d rather have a bigger model with dvd drive, like the Asus K53BY-SX018V.

    @megalodonNL you can use an external drive or emulate the image disk on another computer and then get it on with an USB stick or an external hard-drive.

    No dvd drives on these netbooks? So installing a game, or ANYTHING from DVD is simply not possible?

    @pogularocky technically, It’s not really manufactured by Asus as Asus no longer has any factories from what I know and most of their devices are now made by Pegatron. As for a thinner Asus, see UX21 .

    @GarbageState Mac Air is manufactured by ASUS. Apple does not manufacture any of its hardware. They contract it out, mostly to Asus and its subsidiary companies in China and Taiwan.

    @jasonlehman probably not. i see only european or asian versions on youtube. those have 3.0. NAM specs on excaliberpc site don’t list 3.0.

    i tried holding macbook air. this battery design is not intended to be a grip. this is not a camera. it does not help lol

    if mac can make air, asus can shave .3-.5″ off of this design at same cost. VGA has to go.

    Is that the U.S. version? Wasn’t sure if U.S. version included USB 3.0 or not.
